Non-compliance with payments may result in the suspension of the Services until their regularization, as agreed between the parties.

The payments made do not involve the custody of funds by FERES, but the hiring of professional services.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, source code, logos, brands, texts, documents, materials, images, databases and other elements (together, the "Content") are owned by FERES and / or its licensors, and are protected by the applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
